Inkavrenna Print Atelier | Fictional Training Business

Inkavrenna Print Atelier · Fictional business for TCI resident training

Leave London with something you made.

A fictional printmaking visitor experience in London, United Kingdom, with a demonstration and a small print to take home.

A visit with something to do

Inkavrenna Print Atelier is an imagined working studio where visitors see a small hand-operated press in use and make a print with help from an instructor.

You do not need drawing or printmaking experience. The session uses prepared designs so guests can focus on the process and enjoy making something during their trip.

The Visitor Print Session

A 75-minute session for up to six people. Illustrative price: £35 per adult, including the demonstration, materials, one A5 print and a protective paper sleeve.

Choose from three fictional London-inspired designs, select an available ink colour and work through the printing process under supervision.

Fictional sessions run Wednesday to Sunday at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. The visitor session is for ages 16 and over. All schedules and prices are invented.

What happens in the studio

The instructor begins with a demonstration and a short safety introduction. Guests then work in turn at the printing station and see how paper, ink and pressure affect the result.

The session ends with time to inspect the print and package it for travel. Drying time can vary. The instructor explains how to carry and handle the print.

Materials and protective aprons are included. Wear clothing suitable for a hands-on activity. Drinks, additional prints and private studio hire are not included.

Our story

Inkavrenna was imagined by two printmakers who wanted visitors to experience a working process rather than only buy a souvenir. Their small-group format gives each person time at the printing station.

Our guests are curious travellers, couples and friends who want a creative indoor activity. The session is an introduction, not a professional printmaking qualification.
